After 4 years in the mortgage industry, I came to understand one simple rule. Your list is only as good as the follow up!
Ask yourself; What am I doing to stay in the mind of your customers?
Here are a few suggestions
- Send a video email
- Offer a gift like an eBook
- Ask them thought provoking questions
- Something as simple as a quick "Happy Birthday" message

Start off slowly with lead retention. Don't bombard them with banter with offer after offer. Instead, humanize your reputation through thoughtful messages. Show them you care, instead of asking them to show you the money.
If you follow these suggestions, your will have less need for a "new" lead list, and you'll be able to keep the list you have!
